337. LACK OF PROOF CONCERNING A SOUL OF THE LOWER ORGANIC BEINGS.

On describing the relations between BUUAWA (Soul) and OEMII (Four-dimensional body), you may ask:

How have you been able to establish scientifically, that is, by empirical means and establishing the corresponding laws, the Existence of the BUUAWA (SOUL), if it is ADIMENSIONAL and therefore inaccessible to the control of the most precise physical instruments?

Among you there will no doubt be some people little versed in Astronomy who might ask a similar question:

How can the distance of stars situated millions of light years away be known, if the trigonometric possibilities of assessment by triangulation are ineffective at those enormous magnitudes? And what Physical instruments could they move out there to measure their Mass and temperature...?

A terrestrial Astronomer would smile understandingly and point out that certain stars (called CEPHEIDS by you) emit an intermittent flow of light such that the interval between two maxima of intensity has a logarithm that varies in proportion to their brightness, and everyone knows that the comparison of apparent and real brightness is the basis for estimating stellar distances.

Science always assesses and estimates the EXISTENCE OF A FACTOR according to the EFFECTS it produces.

Well then: In the Year (Year of UMMO) 315/53750 a biopsychologist scientist, NOI 3 son of NOI 2, discovers the presence of some isolated atoms of the inert gas KRYPTON in the Encephalon.

As you know, this gas does not combine with any other body or chemical element. Its presence was therefore strange, considering that their number was extremely small and that, on exploring a statistical sample of human brains in living persons, such atoms were always found located in the same zone and at the same depth in the HYPOTHALAMUS.

It was therefore not a random phenomenon, that is, the fruit of chance.

An assistant of NOI 3, the Biologist SOOIE 996 son of SOOIE 993, began the investigations, immediately examining the electron shell of those atoms in order to observe possible quantum alterations caused by probable transfers of Energy.

You have learned that every atomic nucleus is surrounded by a cloud of electrons situated at different energy levels. (See the naive graphic that symbolizes it) IMAGE A.

Within each level the position of each electron is a probability function, that is, a function of CHANCE (Remember the principle of INDETERMINACY or UNCERTAINTY).

When your elementary books describe an atom, they symbolize the different “SHELLS” or ENERGY LEVELS as in IMAGE B.

On UMMO, for didactic purposes, we give children the following simple SIMILE, which expresses this concept better to those not yet versed in Nuclear Physics.

The ELECTRONS move around the NUCLEUS like WIISIIO (Insects similar to the ANTS of EARTH) around the entrance to their nest. These “ANTS” swarm wildly around their nest without order or law, in damp areas.

From time to time an insect stops abruptly and absorbs a drop of dew, swelling its belly (Something similar happens in the subatomic world: An electron absorbs an IVOAAIA OU (PHOTON), that is, a “QUANTUM” of ENERGY, and changes ENERGY LEVEL).

Note then that changing LEVEL does not consist in moving away from the NUCLEUS, as many Terrestrial textbooks seem to suggest, but in MODIFYING ITS STATE (To use another simile: Its social or economic position), enriching itself with a little more ENERGY. At other times our ant will abruptly regurgitate that water, consequently becoming thinner, that is, it WILL RETURN TO ITS original QUANTUM STATE; it will take a step back in its SOCIAL STATUS.

Electrons also descend in ENERGY LEVEL, yielding or emitting QUANTA or PHOTONS; we then say that the body containing such atoms emits INFRARED Radiation (like one of your electric Irons), CHROMATIC LIGHT (Filament of a Lamp) or ultraviolet radiation, among others.

On night 76 of the year 315, SOOIE 996 had stayed behind with his subordinate, a specialist in XANMOO USII (Computer), in the great laboratory of the UNAWO OUDEE ANII (University of Biopathology) of UUDEEXAA.

The body of GAA 1 daughter of BIUA 4535 lay in a conditioned chamber from whose air the slightest residues of DIIUYAA (KRYPTON) gas had been eliminated. A series of probes perforated the right parietal zone of her skull. Of course, although she was under local anaesthesia, the rest of her reflex and conscious mechanisms were not inhibited.

A series of AASNOOSAI (Detectors or recorders of physiological functions) were distributed over the whole naked body of this young girl.

GAA 1 daughter of BIUA 4535, who with this experiment was to go down in the History of our scientific evolution, had belonged to the People of UMMO ever since, as a UUYIE (GIRL) (at 15 terrestrial years of age), she had electrocuted a younger sister, causing her death by fibrillation of the heart.

(On UMMO every offender becomes the property of the People, who dispose of him through the determinations of UMMOAELEWE. The death penalty does not exist. Criminal responsibility and the nature of the sanction, weighed according to a Standard LEGAL CODE for all UMMO, are not pronounced by any court, as on EARTH, but by the network of XANMOO ISOO AYUBAA (120 Computers or automatic Calculators that regulate the sociocultural structure of UMMO).

Generally the offending GEE or YIE (MAN or WOMAN) is stripped naked and presented to a selection of citizens who take possession of him or her symbolically. The society of UMMO uses them for various functions (Biological experiments, work at great depths or in dangerous places...). But every technical means is used to preserve their lives and immunize them against physical pain. It is not lawful to carry out with them experiments that might be considered necessarily lethal or destructive of their physiological integrity. Although there is no remission of the sentence, offenders who accumulate merits are rewarded (being allowed, for example, to cancel the humiliating rule of their nakedness). A daily interval of 60 uiw (about 180 minutes) is devoted to their spiritual and technical re-education. Any of us who can justify needing the services of these convicts, however humiliating they may be, may request them. But this right is purely nominal in practice, for the YUUXAA UXII (PENAL) population of UMMO is very small.

(YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THAT THESE CONTINUAL INTERRUPTIONS OF THE BASIC REPORT OR ACCOUNT ARE NECESSARY, SINCE YOU ARE PARTLY UNAWARE OF THE NATURE OF OUR SOCIAL STRUCTURE OR OF CERTAIN SCIENTIFIC ASPECTS OF THE SUBJECT BEING EXPOUNDED).

SOOIE 996 was studying at that moment the electron shell of an atom of DIUYAA (KRYPTON) situated in the cortex of the third ventricle beneath the thalamus of the YIE GAA 1 daughter of BIUUA 4535.

On the GAA ONMAEI of the XANMOO (Screen displaying the figures supplied by the Computer) some digits appeared, arranged in columns. Each of these numbers reflected the probabilistic position of each electron in relation to one taken as reference at each instant, but with the time expression “factorized” (You would say “in slow motion”).

When a figure jumped to another column, this expressed an IBOAAYANUUIO (QUANTUM) JUMP to another energy level (remember the simile of the Ants), and this was the real purpose of SOOIE 996’s study.

The hour is now historic. At about 488  (uiw) (A DAY ON UMMO has 600  Approximately 1855.2 EARTH minutes) of Night 76 of the Year of UMMO 315 of Our Time, SOOIE 996 was paralysed with emotion. He stopped paying attention to these QUANTUM jumps and ordered his assistant to disconnect the screen of the detector Equipment, in order to study better the now static figures appearing on it.

Although at first he attributed it to chance, it seemed incredible. The numbers in those columns bore a sequential relationship, that is, they appeared harmonically distributed according to a simple mathematical law (A periodic function).

Those electrons which, according to the uncertainty principle, should have been located in their energy level in a disorderly manner, like the ANTS of our example, seemed to overcome the anarchy and regulate their probability function, breaking with their microphysical indeterminism.

The impression must have been as strong as that which the technicians of Project OZMA on EARTH would experience if, through their Radio telescopes, they were to receive, among the wild and unharmonious wave trains coming from a Galaxy, a sequence of coded impulses: an evident Sign of LIFE in that stellar swarm.

Scientists from all over UMMO came to the Laboratories of UUUDEESA, and the investigations continued under the orders of NOI 3 son of NOI 2. Such was the importance of the discovery.

Those harmonic movements of the cortical electrons of the KRYPTON atom coincided with the nerve impulses emitted by the cerebral cortex of the girl under experiment. That is, with the voluntary movements of her arms, feet, organs of phonation... but not with the reflex movements, or with the impulses emitted by the Neurovegetative System.

At first, during the first phase of the investigations, it was believed that those coded movements in the electron shell of the KRYPTON were conditioned, that is: they were an EFFECT of the Neuro-impulses emitted by the encephalon of the Living Being, although they could not manage to unravel the functionality of such a Code in an isolated atom of the inert gas.

But a new and astonishing discovery took place on day 94 of the year 315:

The harmonic movements of the electrons in the shell of the atom PRECEDED! the behaviour of the young girl under experiment. That is: they occurred 0.0000000755 uiw (About a millionth of a second) ahead of the other neurophysiological reactions of the organism.

It seemed as if those electrons were the soul of the young girl, dictating orders to her OEMMII (ORGANISM).

But electrons lack Life. To imagine it would be as absurd as to believe that the messages received by the astronomers of Planet EARTH had been generated by transmitters operating on their own...

IF THOSE ELECTRONS WERE NOT MOVING AT RANDOM AS USUAL, THERE MUST EXIST AN INDEPENDENT FACTOR CAPABLE OF EXERCISING CONTROL OVER THEM.

So as not to make our report tedious, we choose not to relate the rest of the process that preceded the scientific verification of the existence of the BUUAWAA (SOUL), thanks to the sensational discovery of the third factor of man, the OEMBUUAW, made up, as we have indicated, of isolated atoms of DIIUYAA (KRYPTON).

For the first time in History, the existence of a SOUL was confirmed, which our philosophers, like those of EARTH, had already suspected, and which the DIVINE UMMOWOA had confirmed to us in his transcendent revelations. Once again Religion and Science were in agreement.

As you can imagine, the field of experimentation was not limited exclusively to Man, but was extended to all organic beings, unicellular and multicellular, and all types of Virus and self-reproducing organic compounds were also analysed.

The results were disheartening. Isolated atoms of NEON and XENON were detected in many living beings, and some millions of atoms of HELIUM Gas in Animals endowed with higher nervous structures (Today we know the function of Helium in the cerebral cortex).

Hopes were raised when, in the year 376 of our Time, atoms of KRYPTON were discovered located at the same encephalic points within the brain of the AAGA IEGOOSAAA (A kind of anthropoid animal of UMMO, with a remote resemblance to the CHIMPANZEE of Planet EARTH, but very intelligent).

But the electrons of the shells of its KRYPTON atoms moved according to the probability Function usual in all the atoms of Nature. No law or code has been detected.

Is there, in spite of everything, a soul in non-human biological beings? So far we have no certainty and prefer to refrain from formulating hypotheses.

UMMOWOA, for his part, referred only to the BUUAWOEMII (COUPLING OF THE SOUL WITH THE HUMAN ORGANISM).

According to Him, when in the evolutionary process of living beings, from the appearance of the first protein molecules up to the appearance of anthropoid beings on UMMO, these developed until they reached a neurocerebral structure so complex that the first manifestations of developed animal intelligence took root in them, WOA (GENERATOR or GOD) caused these OEMII to be controlled by the BUUAWA (SOUL), which thus became responsible for their conduct.

So far science has confirmed, as usual, His Divine Words; but the fact that UMMOWOA did not refer to these souls does not perhaps necessarily imply their non-existence. The official position of the scientists of UMMO in this respect is steeped in scepticism.

337. DISCOVERY OF THE BUUAWE BIAEI.

After the sensational investigations into the functionality of the Krypton atoms by NOI 3 son of NOI 2, the course of these studies developed at an accelerated pace.

By about the year 726 of our Era, three active atoms had been located: Two of them AAXOO  (EMITTERS) and one UAXOO (RECEIVER)

The former send -suitably encoded- all the information the Cortical Nervous System can supply. All the optical, acoustic, olfactory... images received through the neurons connected with the sense organs, coming from the stimuli of the outside World; All the images stored in the Memory; The whole development of the mental processes that take place in the neuronal Network of the Cerebral Cortex, are sent along certain nerve pathways to some organs unknown to you, called BIAMOAXII, where an exothermic chemical reaction takes place which, on releasing heat, excites the quantum state of a network of free HELIUM atoms.

In short, something as if a kind of Morse code were transmitted to a small Transmitter, which is the HELIUM. A cortical Resonance effect is produced between the electron Shell of the Helium atoms and those of KRYPTON (1), and the latter in turn Transforms the code received into another of similar characteristics (We could rightly say: INTELLIGIBLE to THE BUUAWAA (SOUL). Note, following the previous simile, that the KRYPTON atom performs the functions of a kind of TELEVISION or BROADCASTING RECEIVER that receives, and TRANSMITS to the SOUL, in a language that only it knows, everything that happens in the OEMII (MAN) and in the Environment surrounding him).

The UAXOO atoms (SENSORS or RECEIVERS), on the contrary, following an inverse process, send to the human body a series of instructions coming from the Soul. They are of the type that NOI 3 discovered in the year 315. (Note that it was fortunate that this first find was a UAXOO atom, for since the code of its electron cloud preceded the reactions of the Organism -unlike the AAXOO- it made it possible to infer the existence of the BUUAWAA (SOUL) as the origin of the harmonic electronic movements).

We repeat that the process is inverse. The KRYPTON messages are received by millions of HELIUM atoms, whose IBOOAYA NUIO (QUANTUM) states are modified so that they radiate “QUANTA” of frequencies lower than those of LIGHT (INFRARED RADIATION). From here on, another type of neuro-organs unknown to terrestrial Physiologists, which work in a way similar to thermoelectric Couples, transform the thermo-modulated messages into nerve impulses channelled through a network of Neurons. These neuro-organs receive on UMMO the phonic name BIAEMOOXEA and are distributed in the motor areas of both Frontal Lobes, but especially in the areas situated behind and below the Great central Sulcus.

From the year 903 onwards the Psychoneurologists of UMMO were truly surprised when, on discovering two more KRYPTON atoms and identifying one of them as AAXOO  (EMITTER) , the other showed the strange peculiarity that none of the somatic activities of the individual corresponded (PRECEDING or FOLLOWING) to the enigmatic “MESSAGES” it seemed to receive or emit.

The joy was indescribable. From the area of the brain in which that atom was located, the scientists sensed that it might perhaps involve transmissions in one direction or the other coming from the lower strata of Consciousness or (BUAWAAMIESEE OA) (You call it the SUBCONSCIOUS). Perhaps through that atom our soul was informed of the rich activity of our hidden psychic life.

On Day 17 of the year 925 (A UMMO year has sixty Days), YOEIM 77 son of YOEIM 76 discovers a sixth KRYPTON atom located at an almost infinitesimal distance from the previous one.

Six days later YOEIM 77 had selected a statistical sample of 83 individuals of both sexes to corroborate the discovery. The astonishment of the young neurologist (He was 23.6 terrestrial years old) was immense when, on going over the tapes on which the graphic curves of those messages appeared, he discovered that two of them were common to all the individuals of the sample. Something as if the soul were addressing the same instructions to ALL men, or receiving the same kind of information from them.

It took several more years to interpret that mysterious finding correctly. The persons studied were separated by distances of many KOOAE (1 KOOAE = 8.71 kilometres), and the time intervals taken for those messages to be received or transmitted were measured with XUUXAUIW USUIW (High-precision isochronous Clocks).

The results of those studies were, if possible, even more fantastic:

The Messages were received or transmitted simultaneously, whatever the distance between the two persons studied.

For the first time it was verified that the coded movements of the electrons in such atoms corresponded exactly to telepathic transmission.

It was discovered that, contrary to what had been believed, telepathic transmission is received by all human beings simultaneously, although a subconscious mechanism takes care of blocking, that is, preventing, the passage of such a message in the persons to whom it is not addressed.

Even without any conscious telepathic transmission, certain frequencies (at that time not yet deciphered or decoded) were mysteriously received or transmitted to all the men of UMMO simultaneously. Such messages were stored in those areas of the memory which, since they are not easily accessible except during states of Sleep, total Anaesthesia, Catalepsy, etc., we called BUUAWAAMIESEE OA (SUBCONSCIOUS).

This was all the more revolutionary because past research into telepathic Transmission had found that the messages took some time to be received (A few thousandths of a UIW (One UIW = 3.092 minutes)), so that it was believed for a long time that they were electromagnetic radiations like those of light or radio communications.

How was that difference to be explained? How was it that in the one study and the other the differences in the calculated times were, respectively, Zero and a few tenths of a UIW? The study then begun was also of transcendent importance, for it made it possible to prove scientifically that the BUUAWAA (SOUL) and the BUUAWE BIAEI (COLLECTIVE SOUL) are two independent Entities, and that it would be aberrant to consider the former as a mere manifestation or facet of the latter. The apparent enigma was solved. We shall explain it a few paragraphs further on. For the moment it is enough to point out that the investigations mentioned revealed the existence of an AAIODI (ENTITY OR BEING) that until then had not even been suspected on UMMO, since not even UMMOWOA had explicitly mentioned in his TAAU its nature: THE COLLECTIVE SOUL. Once again an ADIMENSIONAL Being was discovered scientifically through its effects, as WOA (our GENERATOR) and BUAAWAA had been before.

500. COMMENT ON THE TERRESTRIAL SOCIAL STRUCTURE AND OUR INFORMATION PLAN.

You will observe that we have apparently strayed from the Central Theme of our present report. But you are not unaware that it is impossible to express opinions about concepts that one does not know or of which one has only a vague idea.

If the problems are deep and difficult to solve, it is because their causes are complex and their interpretation costly. It will be difficult for you to attack the evil at its root if you are ignorant of the real structure of man and the functioning of his psychological mechanisms.

We are going to offer you below a primary and elementary model of that structure, and that is why we have been obliged to include the BUUAWE BIAEI in these comments. You yourselves are aware that Medicine would never have managed to attack infectious diseases head-on if you had not come to know the genuine nature of microorganisms and viruses.

Of course, since you are not technicians in the matter, we shall be obliged to show you this human model in elementary and pedagogical form, Schematized as far as possible, using simple and abstract symbols, as we might do for children in the Teaching Centres of UMMO.

We hesitated, however, as to whether it would be inadvisable to use in it the naive engravings or drawings (which I have made personally, using pencils and paper (of the kind you use)) to represent adimensional concepts such as BUAWWAA OR BUAWEE BIAEI (SOUL AND COLLECTIVE SPIRIT) by graphic signs such as a circle or a diffuse little cloud. From the Pedagogical point of view this is wrong, and Didactically it is forbidden on UMMO, for children run the risk of mentally associating Spiritual concepts with Dimensional Forms and with the concept of Time. But you are, on the one hand, adults, and on the other you are accustomed to systems of teaching which, although aberrant, it would now be useless to modify.

My superior in Spain gave me specific instructions on how to sketch these images and explanations for you, and I therefore wish them to be intelligible to you. In some cases I have thought it advisable to describe processes or explain concepts of a physiological kind which, although well known to present-day terrestrial specialists in PHYSIOLOGY, HISTOLOGY and PSYCHIATRY, we suppose some of you do not know.

There is no need to repeat to you that in reality the Psychological processes and mechanisms described are much more complicated than the naive sketch we present to you, but in spite of everything we trust that it will help you to explain to yourselves, in part, the Enigma of the pocket Lighter and the little flint that we symbolized for you in a simile. So that you may appreciate, therefore, the possibilities that remain of putting that little flint back in its place; and although we warn you beforehand that the task of correcting Humanity is Cyclopean and beyond your reach (in spite of these revelations), we judge at least that they may serve you, besides increasing your culture, to correct in part your own personal structures.

337. UNION OF ALL MEN THROUGH THE BUUAWE BIAEI.

Let us see, in a first elementary diagram, how the four factors that make up the personality of two human beings are interconnected:

An OEMII (BODY)  Corresponding to Man no. 1 Wishes to establish telepathic communication with the OEMII IEN (HUMAN BODY “2”)  Let us analyse the process superficially:

Since this is a conscious act (Man 1 WANTS to communicate with  (BODY 2)), it is BUAWAA IAS (SOUL 1) that carries out this volitional act. BUAWAAIAS is represented by a greenish oval  A Krypton atom UAXOO IAS  (RECEIVER No. 1), represented by a small yellow sphere, picks up the order of the Soul and transmits it, through certain nerve pathways and certain neurocortical organs (Represented by a RED arc), to the KRYPTON EMITTER atom  whose sole mission lies in establishing a bond of union between Man and the BUAWEE BIAEI (COLLECTIVE SOUL), Represented by a GREY Oval

Let us observe in passing that this whole physiological process, from the moment the SOUL expresses its wish until the message reaches the Atom, HAS REQUIRED a short TIME, of the order of a THOUSANDTH of a UIW, for example. Indeed: The conduction of the Nerve impulse through the Neurons is by no means instantaneous, and sometimes requires longer Times (Unmyelinated nerve fibres conduct at speeds of almost 55 ENMOO / UIW, about 6 decimetres per second).

The collective soul is “informed” of this message and transmits it instantaneously to MAN No. 2  who picks up the message by means of a KRYPTON RECEIVER atom (UAXAOO IEN)

Now the process is reversed. The nerve impulses in this 2nd Body will take perhaps 2 thousandths of a UIW inside his brain to reach the Atom  AAXOO IEN (EMITTER “2”), which informs the Consciousness  of that RECEIVED MESSAGE.

See the deceptive appearance that can lead to error when a Scientist does not carry out a careful and exhaustive analysis of the phenomenon. The TOTAL Time taken by the Telepathic message from the CONSCIOUSNESS of Man No. 1 to the CONSCIOUSNESS of No. 2 was two thousandths (in our Example). A not very perspicacious researcher might then believe that, if telepathic messages take a certain time, this is perhaps because they propagate at the speed of light by means of electromagnetic waves, whereas in reality the only time spent was that taken by nerve conduction within our encephalons.

You will find a simile in your Telegraph service. The electrical communication itself between two cities is almost instantaneous, but the time spent by the messengers in dispatching the telegram and delivering it by hand takes a few hours.

The diagram we have sketched for you may invite you to draw some juicy conclusions almost without needing a deeper study. In the first place it shows you Why the scientists of UMMO have determined that the BUUAWAA Soul and the COLLECTIVE SOUL are two independent entities. IF Telepathic transmission requires a connecting pathway in man (NERVE PATHWAY, shown by the RED Arc) in order to pass from one soul to another, then the collective Soul and the individual Soul are independent entities, joined only by the bond of the HUMAN BODY while it lives.

Imagine for a moment that it were not so and that, as in the new picture we draw for you, the individual Soul were a “SHARE OR FRACTION” of the COLLECTIVE SOUL (Even setting aside the aberration of considering FRACTIONED an ENTITY that lacks DIMENSIONS). Observe then that telepathic transmission would take place EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN the BUAWEE BIAEI (COLLECTIVE SPIRIT) (The TOTAL time of the TRANSMISSION would be ZERO, since the encephalon of man would play no part at all). But this is not so, as we have already explained to you.

337. INTIMATE NATURE OF THE COLLECTIVE SOUL.

In an earlier report we set out for you a simile to represent HUMANITY, suggesting that it could be likened to a jar of syrup full of cherries. Their pulp, TOTALLY SEPARATED from the common Juice by the flimsy skin, could make contact with other fruits. Pulp and Skin would symbolize SOUL and BODY

But be careful with metaphors. Do not try to draw conclusions from them, for their function is merely pedagogical, and it is dangerous to judge that they are in all respects a faithful reflection of the TRUTH.

In translating our word BUUAWE BIAEI we use the Spanish words ALMA COLECTIVA (COLLECTIVE SOUL) because we cannot find a better one, but this may lead to error if you think that such an AAIODI (ENTITY) is analogous to the INDIVIDUAL SOUL. It is extremely dangerous to use similar words to express heterogeneous concepts, for you men of Earth tend to play more with words than with concepts. (Thus with many Spanish schoolchildren: we have observed that they lamentably confuse KILOGRAM WEIGHT with KILOGRAM MASS).

It (BUUAWE BIAEI) does not freely generate ideas, as the individual soul does. Such ideas do exist in It, from its creation by WOA.

The nature of these ideas is restricted to the Universal concept of what an ideal Human Society should be. There are Psychosocial laws established for our WAAM (COSMOS) by WOA (GOD), and the depositary of the ideas of such laws, which encompass the evolutionary norms of human Society, is precisely BUUAWE BIAEI, which in turn acts as an adimensional MEDIUM or BOND between the OEMII, just as AIR acts among you as the elastic Medium of acoustic transmission.

BUUAWE BIAEI is therefore not responsible for its functions. It lacks true CONSCIOUSNESS as we understand it in the INDIVIDUAL SOUL, and it cannot be sanctioned by WOA, inasmuch as it cannot transgress laws that it fulfils faithfully, or rather, we should say, FATALLY.

To state the real Nature of BUUAWE BIAEI in the appropriate Philosophical language might perhaps prove tedious for certain unprepared persons. We shall therefore make use of simple similes or images

Suppose that your degree of civilization on Earth has reached such a level that, in Paris for example, a gigantic Computer (ELECTRONIC BRAIN) has been built which, like our Network of XANMOO on UMMO, is capable of storing millions of reports concerning the life of each one of you. This magnificent machine will at the same time have received programmed instructions from various specialists in Sociology. Its own Calculation Unit will combine these instructions, according to sociometric mathematical laws, with the reports received from you, and will determine at each moment what all the men of Earth must do for Society to evolve happily.

In each of the homes on the five continents a microphone and a loudspeaker would have been installed, each connected by a cable to the central Computer. Each of you, by means of the microphone, would report on the course your lives are taking. In addition you could use the microphone to communicate also with a relative living in another country.

On the other hand, the loudspeaker would be repeating to you, continually and insistently, instructions addressed exclusively to you about how to behave, what to eat, whom to vote for and when to travel (Of course these instructions would obey a Plan of universal scope preconceived by the Electronic Brain). It is true that you will always be free to ignore such commands. But since you will never be able to disconnect the loudspeaker, and its cadenced and tenacious voice is, moreover, so persuasive, you will unconsciously end up following its suggestions many times.

There you have, then, a crude image of our COLLECTIVE SOUL. It acts as a grandiose Coordinator of Humanity, programmed beforehand by God so that, without suppressing our Freedom of Action, we may orient our Social Conduct.

When a UAXOO (RECEIVER) KRYPTON Atom belonging to the OEMBUUAW receives instructions from the BUUAWAA (SOUL), its volitional act is necessarily carried out, unless the nerve pathways are blocked by a drug, a pathogenic agent or some external obstacle.

On the other hand, a Kr. atom that links us to the collective Soul can receive another type of instructions (In fact our scientists have observed the coded movements of its electrons, the message coming from the BUUAWE BIAEI) without the organism reacting at all to its instructions.

There are pathological cases, Mental illnesses whose etiology lies precisely in the fact that the patient’s conduct faithfully follows the imperatives of the BUUAWEE BIAEI, the nerve pathways linking his cortical motor areas with the true consciousness being blocked.

But generally exactly the opposite happens. A very small fraction of our conduct in daily life is conditioned by the messages received from the Collective Soul DIRECTLY.

Note that we say DIRECTLY. Indeed: The instructions received, even if they are not turned into motor acts, that is, even if the nerve pathways do not transform them into muscular movements, are stored in the Memory, in a band of the BIEYAE YUEO DOO (ORGANS OF MEMORY) corresponding to images of difficult access to the field of Consciousness (That is, to the SUBCONSCIOUS).

It may happen that you go into a Shop and, on choosing one of two or more hats, believe that the choice is conscious, when in reality you are induced by hidden motivations supplied to you months before by your Collective Soul.

We express to you superficially below an important characteristic of the Collective Soul: Imagine that our Universal Computer in Paris goes on gathering data on the life of all citizens for twenty-four hours. This Information is still insufficient. It cannot be “digested” by the Calculator; it cannot deduce universal statistical laws or usable norms until more time has passed, many more weeks, and it has more information available. Nor can you, if you own a factory, for example, draw up a balance sheet if your accounting staff have not gathered absolutely all the useful data. This informative material, accumulated wildly in the “memory” units of the Computer, might leak out and be broadcast through the loudspeakers, leading unwary citizens into error.

Something similar happens in the COLLECTIVE SOUL. Not all the instructions or messages received from it are perfectly logical and pure, like the ideas emanating from WOA. On the contrary, most of them come from that store (still poorly digested) of thousands of human behaviours in the time in which we live. Only from the society of our ancestors, of which it possesses all the data, can it reflect to us exact and elaborated norms of conduct.

(It may be likened to a Historian who, when he speaks to you about the Empire of Alexander the Great, refers to that period with complete objectivity and scientific probity, whereas when chatting about the Spanish Civil War of the years 36-39 he becomes impassioned, distorting the truth for you).

We shall give you a real example: All of you have known, or perhaps lived through, some moment of collective Terror or Panic when, in the course of the tragic fire in a Cinema or during a Bombing, the masses behave according to a standard norm that impels them to carry out actions that are identical for all the members of the group.

At these moments the BUUAWEE BIAEI is the sole activator of their conduct. Except in exceptional cases, conscious and responsible conduct is blocked, and yet the actual conduct is savage and aberrant. Here the collective soul is dictating messages whose only logical “substratum” is the law of conservation that holds for biological beings.

At other times the COLLECTIVE SOUL channels imperative messages, volitional ideas of the members of a group. In reality, when any of us desires something (A car, Dominion over a certain person, Physical Well-being, etc.), such desires are encoded and radiated, through the elements of DIUUYA AAXOO (EMITTER KRYPTON), to the BUAWEE BIAEI with varying intensities. All the members of Society will receive these messages (If the intensity emitted reaches a certain threshold), but of course 100% of brains block such messages, and they do not reach the consciousness of other men.

But under certain conditions, which we shall explain later, one or several persons have their neurocerebral structure so conditioned at that instant that they can receive that message. Depending on how such coded information is channelled, that is, depending on whether it is directed straight to the Field of Consciousness of the other individual or, on the contrary, is diverted along the afferent nerve pathways that activate the cortical motor zones, we shall speak of Telepathic Transmission or of suggestion by HYPNOSIS respectively.

337. TELEPATHIC COMMUNICATION.

It is possible that some of you lack clear ideas about our means of communication.

The UUGEE and UUYIE (MALE and FEMALE ADOLESCENTS) of UMMO lose, at around 15 (Terrestrial) years of age, the faculty of expressing themselves acoustically, through atrophy and sclerosis of the organs of phonation, in a percentage of the total Population recently assessed at 92.36%. In the rest of the persons, not so affected, they atrophy in the adult period, so that by about 75 terrestrial years of age it is a rare individual who can still express himself phonically.

But this sclerosis is not absolute. The muscles can still be weakly innervated, and the vibrations obtained, although so weak that our ear could not hear them, can be amplified by two means. One of them, now obsolete, consisted of an amplifying microphone applied to the throat. Nowadays a transducer the size of a lentil is lodged in the larynx itself (It is introduced by means of a simple surgical operation at two years of age). This small miniature amplifier-emitter does not radiate any weak radio-electromagnetic field. It simply modulates a magnetic field of low intensity. A second amplifier fitted with a loudspeaker (Our loudspeakers do not have a vibrating membrane), of a size and shape similar to a small eraser, emits the sounds received with extraordinary intensity and fidelity.

The response of our nuclear amplifiers is perfectly flat. If the quality of the sounds is poor, it is because our organ of phonation is capable of generating only a very restricted range of frequencies. The low notes and many high harmonics are not emitted, so that the timbre of the voice is much inferior to yours, you terrestrials.

For a long time now, therefore, we have expressed ourselves in our social relations (although artificially) in oral language. Thousands of UMMO-YEARS have passed, then, since the times when parents had to communicate with their children by means of coded eyelid movements.

Our telepathic communication does not consist, in principle, in being able to “see” what is happening in another city simply by closing our eyes. That idea is puerile. Nor in being able at any given moment to read the thoughts of a brother of ours a thousand KOOAE away. Such stereotyped concepts have only a weak basis in reality.

Except in rare cases, we use telepathy only with persons at great distances. This has a simple explanation: The transmission is laborious and requires a certain mental effort.

The process for communicating with persons whose identity I know and who are far from the area where I am takes place as follows:

First I must reach a very low level of consciousness for external stimuli (Light, sounds, smells, etc.). Sensations must take place subliminally. By this we mean that it is necessary to achieve an artificial cataleptic state, using the path of autosuggestion.

The continual habit of this practice, already favoured genetically by the many generations that have been carrying it out on UMMO, allows this self-hypnosis and the process that follows to take place very rapidly, the interval of time needed to carry it out being regulated by a reflex mechanism, so that when it is over the subject can once again reach the state of CONSCIOUSNESS of the stimuli of the external environment, as usual.

But it must be pointed out that this special cataleptic state implies only a temporary blocking of the Afferent pathways connecting the cerebral cortex with the external sense organs and proprioceptors. I mean by this that, contrary to what happens in the WOIWOI state (ONEIRIC or SLEEP) or in certain situations of WOIWOI EEAEE (HYPNOSIS), the EESEE OA (CONSCIOUSNESS) does NOT descend to the low levels of the SUBCONSCIOUS. On the contrary, the higher mental processes (REASONING, THOUGHT...) continue normally, with the advantage that the images of memory reach the field of CONSCIOUSNESS more clearly.

There now occurs a physiological phenomenon which very rarely takes place voluntarily in the men of the earth. (BEFORE GOING ON, those not initiated in PHYSIOLOGY would do well to read NOTE FIVE).

There exist in the encephalon two organs essential for telepathic Transmission. In reality it is a double neuronal network whose connections with the memory and the field of consciousness are normally inhibited (neutralized). Only by means of a succession of synapses is the connection established between the ISIAGEE IA (THE SAID ORGAN, UNKNOWN TO YOU) and the accessible zones of the encephalon.

The triggering of these synapses is a problem of adaptation or even of heredity. There is no reason why you terrestrials, whose cortical physiological morphology is the same as ours, should not be able to establish those connections or synapses. You have an example in those persons who manage to establish a synaptic connection with the nerves acting on certain muscles of the auricles (ears) and succeed in moving them.

The neurophysiological process is difficult to understand even for a specialist in cortical Histology on Earth. We shall therefore resort to similes:         

Two types of impulses are produced in this zone of the brain: Something as if there were two transmitters. If any of you is a Television technician, he will understand it better by comparing them with the signals you call PICTURE and SYNCHRONIZATION signals. The former carry, suitably encoded, the nerve impulses we call BUUAWE BIEE, each of which lasts 0.0001385 seconds. They constitute a kind of telegraphic message, which is sent by means of one of the Krypton atoms that we call BUUAXUU (PSYCHOSPHERE).

The second group of signals, also encoded, is characterized by the fact that the duration of the impulses is longer (0.006385 seconds).

What is the function of the first signal emitted? Simply to carry the verbal content of our message, our words expressing the ideas we wish to convey to our interlocutor, who may be situated at a great distance from us. But this message is picked up by all the men of UMMO (We repeat that the cases of telepathy recorded by you confirm that the phenomenon is identical for the humans of Earth).

How is it, then, that only one of the persons is capable of interpreting such a message and of being aware that it is addressed to him alone? The second group of impulses gives us the satisfactory explanation.

The code used to identify a person does not differ very much from the one you and we use to name people in real life. Just as the name UGAA 4 son of YODEE 347 is mentally associated with a particular individual, a sequence of binary digits sent in the form of impulses will serve to distinguish specifically the person receiving the message.

Imagine a million safes distributed throughout your country. Each of them can only be opened by means of a six-digit combination, and all of them are in the care and keeping of as many guards.

Inside those strongboxes is the key for interpreting any coded message that may be received.

You now send a ciphered letter that can only be read with the help of the cryptographic keys locked in the boxes. You send a million copies to all the guards, with a single indication on the envelope, for example 763.559. Only the addressee whose strongbox opening-mechanism combination coincides with that number will be able to open it and learn the content of the message.

The example we have given you is a fortunate one, for the selection of a person takes place precisely by means of a physiological mechanism similar to that of the safes of the earth (On UMMO there are no such safes). A network of neurons establishes synaptic connections or disconnections according to a ciphered sequence of binary impulses representing not six, as in the example, but nearly 1700 digits.

We told you that telepathic transmission was verbal. However, visual, olfactory and tactile images have been transmitted consciously, which under normal circumstances are phenomena provoked only in certain cases of transitory mental disturbance or in a pure cataleptic period. Experiments in this direction are rare among us, and we stand before them as you stand before normal telepathic transmission. We do not rule out that some galactic or extragalactic civilization, whose Psychophysiological evolution is unknown to us, may have attained this dream that we cherish and towards which our UNNIEYO (NEUROLOGISTS) are actively working.

To conclude this report on telepathic transmission, we shall point out that lesions caused by necrosis of certain groups of neurons result in the patient being unable to emit correctly the series of impulses that selects the specific person for whom the message is intended. On the contrary, a broad, wild and disorderly range of signals is emitted, affecting millions of people. Something as if, in our example, the envelopes bore not one Number but several hundred thousand. There would be many guards able to open their strongboxes and decipher the content. Three procedures have been discovered to date for neutralizing these patients, who at the dawn of our humanity caused hallucinatory disorders that made its evolution impossible.

337. THE BUUAWE BIAEI (COLLECTIVE SOUL) AND THE MEN OF EARTH.

You ask whether the terrestrial human group possesses that spiritual coordinator which we call BUUAWE BIAEI.

Undoubtedly, the moment we asserted it we would commit the same error that you commit almost daily, supporting your reasoning with gratuitous assertions. Here on Earth we do not have the means of research available to us on UMMO. The initial project of taking twelve individuals of developed mentality of terrestrial origin to our Planet was met with a flat refusal by the UMMOAELEWE , not only moral reasons but others that we cannot reveal to you being involved in this decision. This small group sent ahead to your Planet thus finds itself like castaways on an island who, on observing certain rocks of peculiar crystalline structure, could not even determine their index of radioactivity for lack of Geiger counters.

You cannot imagine the secrecy with which we have to carry out our research and studies, mingling among you, passing ourselves off in Spain as foreigners, with false passports, carefully attending to the thousand details that identify us as normal people of Earth. It is true that the distressing problems arising from our initial total ignorance of your languages have disappeared, and that when new reinforcements arrive on Earth from time to time, the travellers come trained beforehand in our centres, with a command of at least one or two languages (generally English and Russian). Nevertheless, the lack of means prevents us from carrying out certain studies, especially in certain scientific fields.

For example: In the field of Psychosociology it costs us enormous effort to select the statistical samples necessary for research. We cannot rely on the assessments made by the Official and Private statistical Centres, since they show a very low index of reliability. The worst of it is not that the margins of error are high. The serious thing is that they are not even known. So that even by using a mathematical technique such as statistical sampling, which we had buried more than two thousand UMMO years ago, we do not obtain reliable results.

From the perspective we set out for you, you will judge that when we speak of you we do so on the level of mere hypotheses, Based, if you like, on our own knowledge and experience, but without being able to support our judgements with scientific proofs.

We judge, then, that we do not believe there exist among you serious incompatibilities preventing normal telepathic transmissions. From a private source we know that the Soviet Union is carrying out experiments with a view to future telepathic transmissions with manned spacecraft, which the enemy would be unable to intercept, and you all know about the tests carried out by the American Pentagon when the Nautilus, the first Nuclear submarine, was put into service.

The only studies carried out by us in Australia (1962) failed completely in the attempt to establish telepathic communication with you. But up to now we have not undertaken any programme aimed at demonstrating what you call EXTRASENSORY PERCEPTION. We have to rely (with due reservations) on your Parapsychological research.

We know the overall results of these studies thoroughly, and they allow us to deduce that a BUUAWEE BIAEI or COLLECTIVE SOUL does indeed exist among you. It might be objected that perhaps there exist several BUUAWE BIAEI associated with different racial groups. We do not think this point of view plausible, for the simple reason that we KNOW FOR CERTAIN that the whole human nucleus of Earth descends from a single anthropoid branch. The morphological differences, such as skin pigmentation, cranial structures, etc., are due to genetic alterations brought about later by mutations that took place in the genital organs of some men and women in remote terrestrial ages.

The Earth’s atmosphere offers little protection against certain secondary effects of what we call IBOONEE Frequencies (COSMIC RAYS). Thus the probability that new living beings, new species, are generated by genetic mutation is higher than on UMMO. This explains why on our Planet the number of species in the BAAYIODOUII (FAUNA-FLORA) field is almost twenty per cent lower than among you, and why our human group shows no true races.

What you do not know, moreover, is that this atmospheric protection was very low in the early stages of the Earth and, what is more serious, precisely in the Permian and in the Pleistocene (The latter being the Epoch in which the homo sapiens of Earth appeared), your Solar system underwent an intense activity of cosmic radiation coming from the centre of our Galaxy. Our Planet also suffered the intense radiation, as is proved by the URIEWOO UYIEXAA traces in some rocks (Cesium Oxide ores) (This technique, which allows us to determine the density of cosmic radiation in earlier epochs, is unknown to you).

Well then: Most probably those mutations took place precisely on the chromosomal structures of human beings, coinciding with that enormous increase in radio-cosmic activity.

There exists, then, almost beyond any doubt, a Collective Soul, and we venture to speculate that it is common to all of you. We know that such an assertion will displease certain minds of marked racist fanaticism, but science cannot be identified with rabid prejudices, especially when these lack all logical argument. We believe that both Marxist Dialectical Materialism and the Roman Catholic Church are right when they postulate their anti-racist doctrine on the consistent premise that the differences between the terrestrial races are merely secondary.

Someone might argue that if terrestrial humans cannot easily perform certain functions such as telepathic transmission, it is because the encephalic zones corresponding to the mechanisms described above have undergone a process of atrophy, just as we men of UMMO suffer sclerosis of the organs of phonation. We humbly recognise that we do not have sufficient evidence to give a coherent answer. We think, however, that on the contrary you have not taken the trouble to develop this faculty by creating the nervous reflexes, or synapses, necessary for the phenomenon to take place.
